To maintain professionalism, realism, and respect within the Unmatched Fire Department (BLFB), all staff members are subject to the following Three-Strike Warning System.
This system is in place to correct behavior, uphold standards, and protect the integrity of the department.
Cause: Minor infractions such as poor RP, minor failure to follow protocol, disrespect toward a colleague, or uniform violations.
Action: You will receive a formal warning from a high-ranking officer or department head.
Outcome: You remain in your current rank, but the incident is logged and monitored.
This is your chance to reflect, adjust, and improve without penalty.
Cause: Repeated minor infractions or a more serious offense (e.g., entering active scenes without clearance, ignoring radio, light abuse of powers).
Action: You will be demoted one rank and placed on a 2-week probationary period.
Outcome: You must show improved behavior during this time. Additional infractions will escalate consequences.
This is your final opportunity to show commitment and professionalism.
Cause: Severe misconduct or continued issues after two prior strikes (e.g., abusing BLFB/UHS powers, breaking server rules, involvement in crime while on duty, selling/gifting gear).
Action: You will be removed from the department and blacklisted from all whitelisted medical/fire roles.
Outcome: Appeals may be reviewed at the discretion of High Command after a 30-day period, but reinstatement is not guaranteed.
Trust and professionalism are core to BLFB/UHS. Breaking them repeatedly leaves no room for second chances.
Strikes are issued by supervisors and high command only, based on incident reports and investigation.
Appeals may be submitted if a strike is believed to be unfair, but disrespectful or dishonest appeals will be dismissed.
In extreme cases, staff may be removed immediately without going through all three strikes (e.g., exploiting, leaking info, serious abuse).
